Do I Need to Pay Import Fees and Taxes?
For non-EU residents, I recommend checking your country's regulations regarding importation and taxes. Please note that import and tax fees are not within my control.
What Is the Delivery Time?
For shipping original paintings please note that delivery may take up to six weeks. If you choose a wooden box, please keep in mind that it may take slightly longer for the painting to be shipped.
For the fine art prints, the delivery time is usually 1-4 weeks.
Do You Accept Returns?
You can return your painting in 14 days after receiving it. The painting must be returned in its original packaging and made sure that it’s secure for shipment. The painting must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. You will have to pay the shipping yourself.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order within 7 days if your order has not been shipped.
*Please note that if you choose the wood box delivery, we order a box specially made for you, therefore, the shipping price won't be returned.*
